Flex Vinyl Gloves.
The Best of Both Worlds!
Flex Vinyl Gloves:
Look like Latex Gloves -
Feel like Latex Gloves - Fit like Latex Gloves
...and have a barrier performance
equal to a latex glove—but without the
latex—Eliminating the concerns for people who experience
latex sensitivity and have the potential for adverse allergic
reactions associated with latex protein.
These state-of-the-art third generation Flex vinyl
gloves were developed to have all the benefits of a natural rubber
latex (NRL) latex glove, without any of the allergic risks -
because they are latex-free!
Cutting-edge proprietary formulation of stretch
copolymer polyvinyl chloride (PVC) blends the soft feeling of
premium leather with durability that provides a better performance,
fit and comfort than traditional cheap "see-through" vinyl gloves
These high-tech gloves have more plasticizers and stabilizers added
into the manufacturing process to make them more durable. They also
lack many of the irritating chemical accelerators that have been
related to Type IV sensitivities. Flex Vinyl gloves also are more
resistant to certain chemicals and puncturing than regular vinyl
gloves.
Flex Vinyl gloves mold to the specific shape of
your hand in response to your body temperature. Within seconds of
putting them on, the gloves mold to the contour of the hand to
produce a smooth, snug comfortable fit In fact, Flex Vinyl gloves
are created using anatomically-correct molds to ensure optimum fit
and comfort. Flex Vinyl gloves offer a firm, non-slip grip in wet
or dry situations. Non-latex FlexVinyl gloves even help reduce hand
fatigue by being a little looser around the cuff, allowing more air
to circulate around the skin. So the longer you wear Flex Vinyl
gloves, the more comfortable they feel!
Flex Vinyl Gloves provide an effective barrier of
protection against contamination, infections and other risks. This
makes them ideal for a wide range of work settings.

food handling, processing and preparations. These gloves are safe
for preparing, washing and processing meat, poultry, seafood,

Medical grade exam gloves include
latex examination gloves and non-latex
synthetic exam gloves such as Nitrile gloves and
Vinyl gloves. These disposable exam
gloves are regulated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). FDA
makes sure that manufacturers of these devices meet performance
criteria such as leak resistance, tear resistance, etc.
The protection offered by a disposable
Medical grade exam glove, referred to as its barrier effectiveness,
is the ability of the exam glove to withstand viral penetration.
Gloves that pass Viral Penetration Tests (ASTM1671D) provide an
effective barrier against bloodborne pathogens, as mandated by the
Food and Drug Administration (FDA), the Centers for Disease Control
and Prevention (CDC), the Occupational Safety and Health
Administration (OSHA) and the National Institute for Occupational
Safety and Health (NIOSH).

BY B GRADE GLOVES
Also known as off-line gloves or
industrial grade gloves. They are not medical
grade. These are either made to not meet medical gloves standards
in the first place, or they fail in pinhole rates or specifications
in quality control, and are downgraded from medical grade to B
grade. These gloves are usually labeled as disposable gloves and
cannot be labeled as exam gloves, and do
not provide barrier protection against Hazardous
Materials, Toxic Chemicals, Biological Risks (known and unknown)
and other pathogens.
